Nevada High School Basketball - Shadow Ridge tops Chaparral
January 2, 2024: Las Vegas, NV 89131 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Chaparral Cowboys (Las Vegas, NV), saw Shadow Ridge's basketball squad knock off Chaparral by a count of 57-40.
With the victory, Shadow Ridge upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Spartans in a challenge on Friday, January 5. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Cimarron-Memorial lost 40-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Canyon Springs (North Las Vegas, NV)
Next up, the Cowboys play the Legacy Longhorns (North Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Chaparral will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 40-39 non-league loss to Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV).
