With the victory, Avalon improves its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Milford (Milford, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a 1A Region IV District 26 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 15-4. Milford won 50-43 in their recent league challenge against Penelope (Penelope, TX)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Coolidge Yellowjackets (Coolidge, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 26 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Trinidad will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 38-32 league loss to Avalon (Avalon, TX).
