Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Milford Bulldogs (Milford, TX) and the host Avalon Eagles (Avalon, TX), saw Milford's basketball squad overcome Avalon by a tally of 56-42.

With the victory, Milford improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Keene (Keene, TX) to confront the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 13-3. Keene won 47-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Godley (Godley, TX)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Faustina Academy Falcons (Irving, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Avalon will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 61-48 non-league loss to Universal Academy (Irving, TX).
