Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Central Eagles (Pageland, SC) and the host North Central Knights (Kershaw, SC), saw Central's basketball team achieve victory over North Central by a tally of 56-45.

The Eagles now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chesterfield for a AA Region 5 battle on Friday, January 27.

The Knights (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against York Prep (Rock Hill, SC). The Patriots come into the AA Region 5 battle with a 2-12 record. In their last battle, York Prep dropped by Cheraw (Cheraw, SC), 51-48, in a league battle.
