Maryland High School Basketball - Fort Hill trounces Clear Spring
January 20, 2023: Cumberland, MD 21502 The Fort Hill Sentinels (Cumberland, MD) basketball crushed the visiting Clear Spring Blazers (Clear Spring, MD), 76-47 in Friday's non-league test.
The Sentinels (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Northern (Accident, MD). The Huskies go into the Appalachian test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, Northern walloped Mountain Ridge (Frostburg, MD), 50-47, in a league test.
The Blazers now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Williamsport for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24. Clear Spring will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 59-53 league win over Boonsboro (Boonsboro, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-5.
