Colorado High School Basketball - Longmont overwhelms Greeley West
January 20, 2023: Longmont, CO 80501 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Longmont Trojans (Longmont, CO) and the visiting Greeley West Spartans (Greeley, CO), saw Longmont's basketball squad wallop Greeley West by a tally of 65-19.
With the victory, Longmont improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Silver Creek (Longmont, CO) to play the Raptors in a 6A/5A/4A Northern challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Raptors come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Silver Creek won 61-52 in their recent league challenge against Greeley Central (Greeley, CO)
Next up, the Spartans play the Holy Family Tigers (Broomfield, CO) in a 6A/5A/4A Northern challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Greeley West will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 47-42 league win over Mead (Longmont, CO).
