Wisconsin High School Basketball - Osceola trounces St. Croix Central
January 20, 2023: Osceola, WI 54020 The Osceola Chieftains (Osceola, WI) basketball crushed the visiting St. Croix Central Panthers (Hammond, WI), 78-48 in Friday's league test.
The Chieftains (15-0) will now prepare for their test against Altoona (Altoona, WI). The Railroaders go into the Middle Border test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Altoona walloped Ellsworth (Ellsworth, WI), 61-48, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Prescott for a Middle Border test on Tuesday, January 24. St. Croix Central will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 81-72 non-league win over Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 12-3.
