Wisconsin High School Basketball - Osceola trounces Ellsworth
February 9, 2023: Osceola, WI 54020 The Osceola Chieftains (Osceola, WI) basketball crushed the visiting Ellsworth Panthers (Ellsworth, WI), 72-38 in Thursday's league test.
The Chieftains (20-0) will now prepare for their test against St. Croix Central (Hammond, WI). The Panthers go into the Middle Border test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, St. Croix Central walloped Amery (Amery, WI), 73-57, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 3-13 record. They play next when they travel to New Richmond for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 14. Ellsworth will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 51-41 league loss to Hudson (Hudson, WI). The Tigers record now stands at 4-15.
