The McClintock Chargers toppled the host North Mustangs basketball team by a tally of 56-47 in Tuesday's league game.

The Chargers now possess a 16-3 record. They play next when they travel to Alhambra for a 5A Metro game on Thursday, January 22. McClintock will confront a Lions team coming off a 86-24 league loss to North (Phoenix, AZ). The Lions record now stands at 3-13.

With the loss, North falls to 20-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Central (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Bobcats in a 5A Metro game on Thursday, January 22. The Bobcats come into the outing with a record of 1-14. Central lost 32-29 in their recent league outing against Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ)
