In Thursday's league test, the McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ) basketball squad trounced the host Alhambra Lions (Phoenix, AZ), by a score of 84-10.

Next, the Chargers encounter the Carl Hayden Community Falcons (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A Metro bout, on Monday, January 26. McClintock will attempt to move on its 17-3 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 16-4 record after their 72-17 league win over Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ).
