The Central Bobcats basketball squad (Phoenix, AZ), was crushed 83-14 in Friday's league battle with the host McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ)

With the victory, McClintock advances its record to 8-0 on the year. The Chargers host Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ) to meet the Lions in a 5A Metro battle on Tuesday, December 9. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 1-4. Alhambra lost 43-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ)

In their next game, the Bobcats encounter the Sunrise Mountain Mustangs (Peoria, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 8. Central will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 51-48 non-league win over Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ).
