In Monday's league outing, the Marion Center Stingers (Marion Center, PA) basketball squad beat the host Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA), by a margin of 62-42.

The Stingers (14-3) will now prepare for their outing against West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA). The Wolves go into the Heritage outing with a 4-9 record. In their last outing, West Shamokin defeated Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA), 38-26, in a league outing.

The Red Dragons now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Penns Manor for a Heritage outing on Tuesday, January 23.
