North Carolina High School Basketball - Richlands ripped by Swansboro
January 23, 2023: Richlands, NC 28574 The Swansboro Pirates basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Richlands Wildcats to 44 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Monday.
The Pirates now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jacksonville for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 26. Swansboro will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 47-41 non-league win over New Bern (New Bern, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-1.
The Wildcats (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against West Carteret (Morehead City, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, West Carteret triumphed over Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC), 74-34, in a non-league contest.
