The Blue Devils now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Rutherford for a 1A/2A Mountain Foothills battle on Friday, January 26. Brevard will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 79-52 league win over Polk County (Columbus, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 10-8.

The Wolverines (3-14) will now prepare for their battle against Patton (Morganton, NC). The Panthers come into the 1A/2A Mountain Foothills battle with a 16-2 record. In their last battle, Patton prevailed over Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC), 65-56, in a league battle.
