Georgia High School Basketball - Metter overwhelmed by Woodville-Tompkins
January 23, 2024: Savannah, GA 31408 The Woodville-Tompkins Wolverines basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting Metter Tigers to 40 in the Wolverines league victory on Tuesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Groves for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Woodville-Tompkins will battle a Rebels team coming off a 65-53 league win over Beach (Savannah, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 9-11.
The Tigers (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Savannah (Savannah, GA). The Bluejackets come into the A D1 Region 3 contest with a 13-7 record.
