North Carolina High School Basketball - Ashe County succumbs to Hibriten
January 24, 2022: Lenoir, NC 28645 The Hibriten Panthers topped the visiting Ashe County Huskies basketball team by a final score of 55-47 in Monday's league game.
In their next game, the Panthers face the South Caldwell Spartans (Hudson, NC) in a 3A/4A Conference 52 game, on Tuesday, January 25. Hibriten will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 10-4 record after their 54-52 league win over Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC).
With the defeat, Ashe County moves to 8-8 on the year. The Huskies travel to Watauga (Boone, NC) to face the Pioneers in a 3A/4A Conference 52 game on Tuesday, January 25.
