Ohio High School Basketball - Avon Lake nips Berea-Midpark
January 24, 2023: Avon Lake, OH 44012 Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Berea-Midpark Titans (Berea, OH), 60-57 in a league bout.
With the win, Avon Lake upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Shoremen travel to Midview (Grafton, OH) to play the Middies in a Southwestern bout on Friday, January 27. The Middies go into the bout with a record of 11-5. Midview won 78-64 in their recent league bout against Steele (Amherst, OH)
Next up, the Titans play the Steele Comets (Amherst, OH) in a Southwestern bout, on Friday, January 27. Berea-Midpark will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 78-64 league loss to Midview (Grafton, OH).
