January 24, 2023: Charlottesville, VA 22901 The Goochland Bulldogs basketball team (Goochland, VA), was overwhelmed 88-26 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA)
The Black Knights now possess a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Albemarle for a Jefferson battle on Friday, January 27. Charlottesville will confront a Warriors team coming off a 60-36 league win over Orange County (Orange, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 13-2.
The Bulldogs (0-15) will now prepare for their battle against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Flying Flucos come into the Jefferson battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Fluvanna County was overwhelmed by Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA), 69-63, in a league battle.
