Nevada High School Basketball - Western ripped by Silverado

The Silverado Skyhawks basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Western Warriors to 23 in the Skyhawks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Skyhawks now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Green Valley for a 4A Lake contest on Thursday, January 26. Silverado will meet a Gators team coming off a 74-46 league win over Doral Academy Red Rock (Las Vegas, NV). The Gators record now stands at 13-8.

The Warriors (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV). The Wildcats enter the 4A Lake contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Las Vegas was routed by Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV), 79-56, in a league contest.
