The Kent City Eagles basketball team (Kent City, MI), was toppled 48-37 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI)

The Cardinals now possess a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grant for a Central State battle on Friday, January 27. Big Rapids will confront a Tigers team coming off a 70-55 league loss to Central Montcalm (Stanton, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 9-5.
