January 24, 2024: Beaverton, OR 97008 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Mountainside Mavericks (Beaverton, OR) and the host Southridge Skyhawks (Beaverton, OR), saw Mountainside's basketball squad overcome Southridge by a tally of 68-55.
With the victory, Mountainside improves its record to 9-6 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Aloha (Beaverton, OR) to play the Warriors in a 6A Metro challenge on Friday, January 26. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 3-13. Aloha lost 94-48 in their recent league challenge against Jesuit (Portland, OR)
Next up, the Skyhawks play the Sunset Apollos (Portland, OR) in a 6A Metro challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Southridge will attempt to improve on its 15-2 season record.
