In Wednesday's league outing, the Sparks Railroaders (Sparks, NV) basketball squad edged the host Truckee Wolverines (Truckee, CA), by a count of 57-51.

The Railroaders (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against Wooster (Reno, NV). The Colts go into the 3A Northern - West outing with a 6-12 record. In their last outing, Wooster was tipped by North Valleys (Reno, NV), 61-52, in a league outing.
