Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) and the host St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions (Potomac, MD), saw Potomac School's basketball squad knock off St. Andrew's Episcopal by a count of 57-44.

With the victory, Potomac School upgrades its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Flint Hill (Oakton, VA) to play the Huskies in a Independent School challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Flint Hill lost 59-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Connelly School of the Holy Child (Potomac, MD)

Next up, the Lions play the Decatur Seahawks (Berlin, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 27. St. Andrew's Episcopal will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Seahawks come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 58-52 league win over Snow Hill (Snow Hill, MD).
