Virginia High School Basketball - St. Andrew's Episcopal tipped by Potomac School

The Potomac School Panthers basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions to 46 in the Panthers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sidwell Friends for a Independent School contest on Friday, January 5. Potomac School will meet a Quakers team coming off a 65-47 league win over Bullis (Potomac, MD). The Quakers record now stands at 5-1.

The Lions (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Maret (Washington, DC). The Frogs enter the Independent School contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Maret nudged Georgetown Day (Washington, DC), 73-49, in a non-league contest.
