The Lincoln-Way Central Knights basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Mother McAuley Mighty Macs to 55 in the Knights non-league victory on Thursday.

The Knights now sport a 18-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bradley-Bourbonnais for a SouthWest Suburban - Red contest on Tuesday, January 31. Lincoln-Way Central will battle a Boilermakers team coming off a 53-24 non-league loss to Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL). The Boilermakers record now stands at 10-14.

The Mighty Macs (15-10) will now prepare for their contest against Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 20-6 record. In their last contest, Hersey was nudged by Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL), 56-52, in a league contest.
