Georgia High School Basketball - Clarke Central can't hold off Loganville
January 27, 2023: Athens, GA 30605 The Loganville Red Devils basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Clarke Central Gladiators to 62 in the Red Devils league triumph on Friday.
The Red Devils now sport a 7-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a AAAAA Region 8 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Loganville will battle a Dragons team coming off a 58-38 league loss to Eastside (Covington, GA). The Dragons record now stands at 6-15.
The Gladiators (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against Union Grove (McDonough, GA). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 13-9 record. In their last contest, Union Grove nudged Ola (McDonough, GA), 81-34, in a league contest.
