In Friday's league outing, the Piggott Mohawks (Piggott, AR) basketball squad edged the host Harrisburg Hornets (Harrisburg, AR), by a count of 59-53.

The Mohawks (8-12) will now prepare for their outing against Rivercrest (Wilson, AR). The Colts go into the 3A Region 3 outing with a 3-13 record. In their last outing, Rivercrest was tipped by Manila (Manila, AR), 59-33, in a league outing.
