The High Point Central Bison basketball team (High Point, NC), was nudged 45-40 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC)

The Rams now possess a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dudley for a 3A Conference 46 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Northeast Guilford will confront a Panthers team coming off a 60-54 league loss to Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 15-4.

The Bison (2-18) will now prepare for their battle against Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Cougars come into the 3A Conference 46 battle with a 2-17 record. In their last battle, Rockingham County was nudged by Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC), 59-58, in a league battle.
