The Hoover Huskies basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Sissonville Indians to 46 in the Huskies league victory on Saturday.

The Huskies now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Logan for a Cardinal contest on Monday, January 29. Hoover will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 64-50 league win over Wayne (Wayne, WV). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-6.

The Indians (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Ripley (Ripley, WV). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Ripley was defeated by Morgantown (Morgantown, WV), 90-52, in a non-league contest.
