In Tuesday's league contest, the host LaFayette Ramblers basketball team scored a good 70-59 win over the Gilmer Bobcats.

The Ramblers (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage (Ringgold, GA). The Generals come into the AAA Region 7 contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, Heritage was topped by Calhoun (Calhoun, GA), 71-48, in a league contest.
