In Tuesday's league contest, the host Gilmer Bobcats basketball team scored a big 61-35 win over the Ridgeland Panthers.

The Bobcats (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA). The Broncos come into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, East Forsyth was trounced by Madison County (Danielsville, GA), 79-74, in a league contest.
