In Tuesday's league test, the Citrus Hurricanes (Inverness, FL) basketball squad trounced the host Central Bears (Brooksville, FL), by a score of 59-25.

Next, the Hurricanes clash with the Lecanto Panthers (Lecanto, FL) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 31. Citrus will attempt to improve on its 9-13 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 12-10 record after their 56-39 non-league loss to Weeki Wachee (Weeki Wachee, FL).

The Bears (4-18) will now prepare for their test against Hudson (Hudson, FL). The Cobras come into the non-league test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, Hudson was routed by Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL), 67-20, in a non-league test.
