North Carolina High School Basketball - Lake Norman Charter routs Concord

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights basketball team scored a big 63-36 triumph over the Concord Spiders.

The Knights (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Trojans go into the 3A South Piedmont contest with a 15-3 record. In their last contest, Northwest Cabarrus smashed South Rowan (China Grove, NC), 40-34, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Spiders confront the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont contest, on Friday, January 31. Concord will attempt to better on its 3-13 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 1-15 record after their 64-20 league loss to Robinson (Concord, NC).
