The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) and the host Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC), observed Lake Norman Charter's basketball team edge Central Cabarrus by a score of 59-57.

The Knights (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Falcons come into the 3A South Piedmont challenge with a 1-18 record. In their last challenge, West Rowan was tipped by Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 63-32, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont challenge, on Friday, February 7.
