Hawaii High School Basketball - Kailua tops Kalani
January 3, 2024: Kailua, HI 96734 Kailua Surfriders (Kailua, HI) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Kalani Falcons (Honolulu, HI), 48-37 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Kailua upgrades its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Surfriders travel to Farrington (Honolulu, HI) to play the Governors in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Governors come into the bout with a record of 3-7. Farrington lost 67-35 in their recent league bout against Kahuku (Kahuku, HI)
Next up, the Falcons play the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Honolulu, HI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Kalani will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Rough Riders come into the bout with a 2-12 record after their 54-28 non-league win over Kaiser (Honolulu, HI).
