Georgia High School Basketball - Griffin crushes Harris County
January 3, 2025: Griffin, GA 30224 The Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA) basketball crushed the visiting Harris County Tigers (Hamilton, GA), 75-21 in Friday's league bout.
The Bears now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Midtown for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 4. Griffin will play a Knights team coming off a 92-54 non-league win over Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA). The Knights record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Harris County falls to 1-11 on the campaign. The Tigers host Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA) to play the Panthers in a AAAA Region 3 bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Starr's Mill lost 75-69 in their recent league bout against Central (Carrollton, GA)
