Minnesota High School Basketball - Lewiston-Altura ripped by Cannon Falls
January 30, 2023: Cannon Falls, MN 55009 The Cannon Falls Bombers basketball team scored 87 points and held the visiting Lewiston-Altura Cardinals to 62 in the Bombers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bombers now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Byron for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 31. Cannon Falls will battle a Bears team coming off a 74-73 league win over Winona (Winona, MN). The Bears record now stands at 8-8.
The Cardinals (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against La Crescent (La Crescent, MN). The Lancers enter the AA Section 1 contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, La Crescent triumphed over Lourdes (Rochester, MN), 58-47, in a league contest.
