Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Charles knocked off by Lewiston-Altura
February 3, 2023: Lewiston, MN 55952 The Lewiston-Altura Cardinals basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting St. Charles Fighting Saints to 60 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.
The Cardinals now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Breck for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 4. Lewiston-Altura will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 66-27 non-league win over Mounds Park Academy (St. Paul, MN). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-6.
The Fighting Saints (3-17) will now prepare for their contest against Alden-Conger (Alden, MN). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Alden-Conger ran past Madelia (Madelia, MN), 91-70, in a league contest.
