Minnesota High School Basketball - Plainview-Elgin-Millville overwhelms St. Charles
January 26, 2023: St. Charles, MN 55972 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Plainview-Elgin-Millville Bulldogs (Elgin, MN) and the host St. Charles Fighting Saints (St. Charles, MN), saw Plainview-Elgin-Millville's basketball squad wallop St. Charles by a tally of 86-39.
With the victory, Plainview-Elgin-Millville improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Chatfield (Chatfield, MN) to confront the Gophers in a AA Section 1 challenge on Friday, January 27. The Gophers come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. Chatfield won 75-55 in their recent league challenge against Lewiston-Altura (Lewiston, MN)
Next up, the Fighting Saints confront the Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights (Kenyon, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 2. St. Charles will attempt to improve on its 3-15 season record.
