January 30, 2024: Eagle Grove, IA 50533 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the North Union Warriors (Armstrong, IA) and the host Eagle Grove Eagles (Eagle Grove, IA), saw North Union's basketball squad wallop Eagle Grove by a tally of 78-45.
With the victory, North Union improves its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Garner-Hayfield/Ventura (Garner, IA) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 2. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 8-10. Garner-Hayfield/Ventura lost 60-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA)
Next up, the Eagles confront the North Iowa Bison (Buffalo Center, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 2. Eagle Grove will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 4-16 record after their 90-33 league loss to Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA).
