The Pamlico County Hurricanes topped the host Lejeune Devil Pups basketball team by a final score of 76-68 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Hurricanes face the Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC) in a 1A/2A Coastal Plains game, on Wednesday, January 31. Pamlico County will attempt to move on its 11-8 season record. The Seahawks enter the game with a 3-17 record after their 85-57 league loss to Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC).

With the defeat, Lejeune moves to 8-10 on the year. The Devil pups travel to Southside (Chocowinity, NC) to face the Seahawks in a 1A/2A Coastal Plains game on Friday, February 2.
