January 30, 2024: Story City, IA 50248 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Roland-Story Norsemen (Story City, IA) and the visiting Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs (Monroe, IA), saw Roland-Story's basketball squad knock off Prairie City-Monroe by a tally of 71-53.
With the victory, Roland-Story improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Norsemen travel to Nevada (Nevada, IA) to play the Cubs in a Heart of Iowa - Large challenge on Friday, February 2. The Cubs come into the challenge with a record of 13-4. Nevada won 75-56 in their recent league challenge against South Hamilton (Jewell, IA)

The Hawks come into the battle with a 15-2 record after their 75-56 league loss to Nevada (Nevada, IA).
