Mississippi High School Basketball - Union trounces Sebastopol
January 30, 2024: Union, MS 39365 The Union Yellowjackets (Union, MS) basketball crushed the visiting Sebastopol Bobcats (Sebastopol, MS), 75-53 in Tuesday's league test.
The Yellowjackets (12-6) will now prepare for their test against J.Z. George (North Carrollton, MS). The Jaguars go into the 2A Region 4 test with a 1-14 record. In their last test, J.Z. George was trounced by Sebastopol (Sebastopol, MS), 64-43, in a league test.
The Bobcats now own a 10-12 record. They play next when they travel to Eupora for a 2A Region 4 test on Thursday, February 1. Sebastopol will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 58-40 league loss to Philadelphia (Philadelphia, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 10-13.
