In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers basketball team scored a good 54-35 triumph over the Harriton Rams.

The Fightin' Tigers (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Penncrest (Media, PA). The Lions go into the Central contest with a 17-2 record. In their last contest, Penncrest was topped by Springfield (Springfield, PA), 34-33, in a league contest.
