Wisconsin High School Basketball - Mineral Point overwhelms Boscobel
January 30, 2025: Boscobel, WI 53805 The Mineral Point Pointers basketball team scored 71 points and limited the host Boscobel Bulldogs to 22 in the Pointers league triumph on Thursday.
The Pointers now have a 14-6 record. They play next when they host Southwestern for a Southwest Wisconsin Activities game on Tuesday, February 4. Mineral Point will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 57-50 league loss to Fennimore (Fennimore, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-16.
With the loss, Boscobel falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to River Ridge (Patch Grove, WI) to confront the Timberwolves in a non-league game on Monday, February 3. The Timberwolves go into the game with a record of 10-6.
