Michigan High School Basketball - Concord sneaks past Quincy

The Concord Yellowjackets basketball team scored 34 points and limited the visiting Quincy Orioles to 31 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Thursday.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they host Union City for a Big 8 game on Saturday, February 1. Concord will play a Chargers team coming off a 64-44 league loss to Springport (Springport, MI). The Chargers record now stands at 4-10.

With the loss, Quincy falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Orioles host Maple Valley (Vermontville, MI) to play the Lions in a Big 8 game on Saturday, February 1. The Lions go into the game with a record of 2-11. Maple Valley lost 64-15 in their recent league game against Stockbridge (Stockbridge, MI)
