In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Sterling Tigers basketball team scored a decisive 54-32 triumph over the Valley Vikings.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the Eaton Reds (Eaton, CO) in a 4A Patriot match, on Thursday, February 2. Sterling will attempt to move on its 11-4 season record. The Reds enter the match with a 15-2 record after their 71-52 league win over Berthoud (Berthoud, CO).
