In Saturday's league match, the visiting Weld Central Rebels basketball team scored a good 77-65 triumph over the Valley Vikings.

In their next game, the Rebels meet the Fort Lupton Bluedevils (Fort Lupton, CO) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 14. Weld Central will attempt to move on its 10-11 season record. The Bluedevils enter the match with a 18-3 record after their 54-50 non-league loss to Platte Valley (Kersey, CO).

With the defeat, Valley moves to 5-16 on the year. The Vikings host Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO) to meet the Cougars in a 4A Patriot match on Wednesday, February 15. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 17-4. Resurrection Christian won 72-47 in their recent league match against Berthoud (Berthoud, CO)
