January 31, 2023: Lake Linden, MI 49945 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lake Linden-Hubbell Lakes (Lake Linden, MI) and the visiting Baraga Vikings (Baraga, MI), saw Lake Linden-Hubbell's basketball squad wallop Baraga by a tally of 53-31.
With the victory, Lake Linden-Hubbell improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Lakes travel to Jeffers (Painesdale, MI) to confront the Jets in a Copper Mountain challenge on Monday, February 6. The Jets come into the challenge with a record of 6-8. Jeffers won 53-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Dollar Bay (Dollar Bay, MI)
Next up, the Vikings confront the L'Anse Purple Hornets (L'Anse, MI) in a Copper Mountain challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Baraga will attempt to improve on its 12-3 season record.
