South Carolina High School Basketball - Northwestern overwhelms Indian Land

January 31, 2023: Fort Mill, SC 29720

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Northwestern Trojans (Rock Hill, SC) and the host Indian Land Warriors (Fort Mill, SC), saw Northwestern's basketball squad wallop Indian Land by a tally of 63-23.

With the victory, Northwestern improves its record to 7-12 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to York (York, SC) to play the Cougars in a AAAA Region 3 challenge on Friday, February 3. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 10-11. York lost 71-40 in their recent league challenge against Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC)

Next up, the Warriors play the South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC) in a AAAA Region 3 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Indian Land will attempt to improve on its 4-17 season record. The Stallions come into the challenge with a 21-2 record after their 72-52 league win over Lancaster (Lancaster, SC).
